Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pacelite.uk. This policy explains how and where we ship, how long delivery takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Bermuda only. Orders placed from any other destination cannot be fulfilled.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched from our location in Manchester, United Kingdom (11 Skelton Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0DX).

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

United Kingdom

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. At checkout you can choose between:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 — typically delivered the next working day after dispatch
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 — typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the service you select and the weight of your order. All UK orders include tracking, which you can follow using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Bermuda

Orders to Bermuda are shipped via International Tracked at a flat rate of £18.00.

Royal Mail's estimated transit time is 5–8 business days, but actual delivery to Bermuda can vary significantly depending on customs processing and local handling. Please allow additional time and use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel's progress.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders to Bermuda may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received this email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at Support@paceliteuk.com

Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, customs processing, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control. Once we hand a parcel to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Lost or damaged parcels

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at Support@paceliteuk.com  if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check the shipping address you provide at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
